Comment: The upper 90% CL limit $\sin^2 2\vartheta < 0.12$ for large $\Delta{m}^2$ for $\nu_e\to\nu_\tau$ oscillations must be corrected for a numerical mistake incurred in calculating the expected number of $\nu_e$ charged-current events. The correct limit is $\sin^2 2\vartheta < 0.25$ for large $\Delta{m}^2$ (see the Review of Particle Properties 2001: ps or pdf).
