From the abstract: At $ \Delta{m}^2 = 2.8 \times 10^{-3} \, \text{eV}^2 $, the best fit value of the K2K $\nu_\mu$ disappearance analysis, we set an upper limit of $ \sin^2 2\theta_{\mu e} < 0.13 $ at 90\% confidence level.

Indications of Neutrino Oscillation in a 250 km Long- baseline Experiment, M. H. Ahn et al. (K2K), Phys. Rev. Lett. 90 (2003) 041801, arXiv:hep-ex/0212007.
From the abstract: The K2K experiment observes indications of neutrino oscillation: a reduction of $\nu_\mu$ flux together with a distortion of the energy spectrum. Fifty-six beam neutrino events are observed in Super-Kamiokande (SK), 250 km from the neutrino production point, with an expectation of $80.1^{+6.2}_{-5.4}$.
From the article: Best Fit: $ \Delta{m}^2 = 2.8 \times 10^{-3} \, \mathrm{eV}^2 $, $ \sin^22\vartheta = 1.0 $.... The measured oscillation parameters are consistent with the ones suggested by atmospheric neutrinos. At the time of this letter the K2K experiment has collected approximately one-half of its planned $10^{20}$ protons on target.

Search for coherent charged pion production in neutrino carbon interactions, M. Hasegawa et al. (K2K), Phys. Rev. Lett. 95 (2005) 252301, arXiv:hep-ex/0506008.
From the abstract: ...an upper limit of $0.60 \times 10^{-2}$ is set on the cross section ratio of coherent pion production to the total charged-current interaction at 90% confidence level. This is the first experimental limit for coherent charged pion production in the energy region of a few GeV.
